Medicoz Lemon Subscription - Terms and Conditions*

By subscribing to Medicoz Lemon you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. If Cheque or Demand Draft (DD) is not payable at Indore and you haven't added Rs. 120/- in the subscription amount, then two issues will be deducted as transaction fee. The same applies to if you have paid through direct cash deposit in Bank and haven't added Rs.25/- as transaction fee.
2. Gold and Platinum Packages are liable to change / update without any notice.
3. Please allow delivery period of 4-6 weeks (After encashment of remittance) for the first issue to reach to you.
4. Subscription copies will be delivered as soon as the issue is released . However Medicoz Lemon Team/Publisher will not be responsible for any postal delay or damage.
5. Photocopy/ Scanned copy of deposit slip will not be accepted. You have to attach the original deposit slip with the form in case you are paying by cash deposit.
6. PrePgMedicos or Medicoz Lemon will not be responsible for any damage/loss caused to you by making wrong online transaction/payment in case you are subscribing online.
7. All disputes shall be subject to Indore Jurisdiction only.
